About Me!
Hey!
I’m Julia Porcari, and I’m a writer, artist, and storyteller. I grew up in Cheverly, Maryland, but have spent time living in New Orleans and in New York City, where I am currently based.
I fell in love with traveling after visiting my friends and family around the country. With four older siblings and too many cousins to count, I developed a passion for listening and documenting their numerous tall tales.
When I’m not off hunting for stories, taking photographs or sketching in the park, you can find me scribbling down new baking recipes in the kitchen or spread out all over the floor surrounded by piles of art supplies!
